Ok, it cooks rice well, no complaints at all apart from product owners pestering for a review

Disappointing

It’s a good looking machine but sadly unlike other nutri bullet products it’s not that effective. Managed an ok white rice after half a dozen goes adjusting the rice/water ratio. Landing on almost half what the instructions recommend. Hardly light and fluffy though! And less effective than an alternative microwave rice cooker I have ( which takes half the time). Brown rice comes out the best. But it’ll take 50 mins plus to cook a portion. Porridge can come out nicely but you CANNOT just leave it to cook. Unless you stir multiple times through the process you’ll get what is best described as a burnt porridge pancake. And I’ve stopped the programme 10 mins before the end every time otherwise it’s ruined. Water also collects in the seals so will need a wipe down after every use to avoid collecting/mould.

Brilliant rice cooker

Absolutely brilliant rice cooker. Perfect everytime. So easy to use and clean. Clear instructions and not fiddly.

Takes too long to cook

I bought this around 1 month ago and I’m not happy with how long this takes to cook rice- nearly 1 hour for brown rice for a family of 4!! My old much cheaper breville took a fraction of this time. You have to be super prepared to put this on way in advance of cooking everything else which I haven’t always got the time for. Not impressed

Im really not one to complain and rarely leave reviews but I’m really disappointed I had high hopes for this after reading the other reviews. I’ve used it four times and followed the instructions but each time it’s come out sticky and clogged.

Simply a good cooker

So it's ok but I've only used it once and found it gets debree on the top from cooking what evers in the water dries on top so you have to wipe it and it's the bowl doesn't have handles like the basket
