I unpacked and used the vacuum today and it works fine. One problem - the instructions. I had to access YouTube to learn own all the features work.

Dyson konical
A present for my wife! She loves it. Light and easy to use with a decent battery life. All the hair ends up in the bin and not tangled around the roller. Have hung it on the wall in its charging holster (included), so it's neatly stored and always ready to use.

Great vacuum
So far a dramatic upgrade from our Miele cordless vacuum. Much easier to empty, much easier to clean the filter, much easier to store, much easier to charge. And it vacuums up dirt just great. The floor-level light which illuminates dirt and dust on the ground is fantastic, feels very futuristic and shows all the dirt you're collecting. So far we are very happy with this purchase.

Good light weight and practical cordless vacuum
Recently purchased the Dyson V10 Konical cordless vacuum and, although it has only been used a couple of times, I am very happy with it. The main reason for purchasing was for light weight and maneuverability and it has certainly delivered on this requirement. Very light to use and it gets into corners and under furniture with ease.

Impressive performance
I got to try out the new Dyson V10 Konical, and I was impressed. It has some great improvements, with 60 minutes of run time and impressive suction power. I was amazed by how well the new cleanerhead de-tangle long hair.

Great performance!
Quite like this product. The anti-tangle design is a huge plus—no more having to cut hair off the brush bar. The Illumination feature is surprisingly useful. It reveals hidden dust and dirt under furniture and in darker corners, which I never realised was there before. The vacuum itself is just the right size for my home: not bulky, easy to store. Plus, I like the colour—it's got a modern, clean look that fits in with my space.

Great vacuum!
Great vacuum! I love the new anti-tangle cleaner head, especially with the green light in front - really useful for cleaning in darker areas like under the table, between chair legs, where dust and pet hair tend to accumulate.

Powerful, Simple, and Easy to Use
The vacuum performed really well. It picked up different types of debris, including oats, grass and hair quickly and efficiently and I didn’t need to go back over any missed areas. I also loved how easy it was to use as turning it on and off and changing the power mode is simple with a single button and it’s great that you don’t need to hold a trigger while vacuuming
