[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] IPL is something i've wanted to try for ages. I previously had laser at a clinic, and, after about a decade, I've noticed some light regrowth. I used this on my bikini line, under arms, lip and chin and I have had good results. However, you must be patient. I have been treating these areas every week, with good results. Eventually, I should be able to drop to every few weeks using the maximum strength. It is easy to use and the smallest head brilliant for areas like upper lip. It does hurt - I've never believed people who say it doesn't. But be patient and it'll pay off!

So much faster than my old one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve tried different IPLs in the past and the Braun Silk Expert Pro 5 does not compare! It is so much better than my old one. I can’t quite believe it! It’s super fast and means that the whole process takes less than half the time it used to. it has a flexible head at the top which means getting around your knees and ankles is so much easier as you don’t have to keep stopping and repositioning. It’s much closer to the experience of getting it done professionally as you can move the wand around more freely, I absolutely love it. It’s definitely worth the price tag as it means the experience is so much better. Mine came with a couple of heads which is handy forgetting smaller areas. If you haven’t tried IPL yet this is the one to go for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time using the Braun IPL silk, was a little apprehensive at first as didn’t want it to hurt. But honestly it doesn’t, it gives off a warm heat, you really need to close your eyes or look away as the bright red light flashes and does make your eyes go funny. The different heads are designed for different parts of your body, they are easy to take off and put back on. The indicator on the side lets you know if your on the skin right by turning red to white light. It has a built in fan that comes on helping to cool the skin and the handset and is very quick with clicking the button to zapping the skin/ hair follicles. Overall I’m pleasantly impressed, and need to practice more.
