Stay with the mobile
I bought this set of telephones thinking they were just what I needed. So far I have disconnected all incoming calls without knowing how. There are other problems so unless you have a ten year with you to help set it up I would give up immediately.

God buy or the price
Good buy for the money but don’t expect top quality features. The ringtones are a bit like the old Nokia phones and most are quite unpleasant but you can find one that’s not too bad. The Call quality is very good and we are very happy for the money paid. When you program one phone it transfers to the others, which is really useful.

Hello Pete, we have contacted Panasonic to ask your question and they have advised
Regarding your inquiry, i would like to highlight that all of our units are not compatible with the new VoIP technology but can work for the new Digital line setup by using an adaptor from the provider. - Based on the provider's setup the unit can receive the digital signal the provider uses if the signal is being sent over the old Analogue line (Copper wires).
If the Digital signal is being sent over the new Digital lines (Fiber lines) the unit will not be able to work.
I hope this helps. Thanks for using Q and A.

Hello Jj,
Panasonic KX-TGB613 Cordless Phone w/ Shock Resistant-Triple
VoIP technology and digital voice were introduced after the manufacture of this phone, so regrettably, they're not compatible with it. That's why your telephone service provider supplies an adapter to get them to work together, but I'm afraid we can't guarantee functionality as the adapter is a third-party accessory.
However, as long as the phone is getting 5.1 volts, it can work.
