Pet lovers best friend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had PowerBoost pet cordless handheld for just under a month and I can honestly say I’ve used it every single day. I have two dogs that shed fine hairs everywhere and this little handheld is perfect for picking up those hairs all over the house; the sofas, their dog beds, my bed, the car boot. It’s just brilliant! There are three power settings, I generally use the middle setting but the boost setting is fantastic for getting rid of those stubborn little hairs. The battery life is quite impressive, allowing it to tackle stairs or a quick car vacuum in a single go. My only issue is with the crevice tool attachment; the hose is quite long, so the suction isn’t as strong but its great getting into all those nooks and crannies so I would still recommend as it’s a great little vac.

Great features and suction

Super powerful little machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very sceptical about the shape of this powerful little vacuum, having only ever owned conventional shaped hand held vaccums, I currently own a shark CH950UKT, but I was surprised at how easy it felt in my hand,and it was actually easier to get into some smaller spaces of my home than my conventional shaped shark, The weight of the product is good, I personally found it light enough to use despite having shoulder issues, Let's talk about suction, boy does this little machine pack a punch, I love the adjustable 3 speed level of suction, on the highest boost setting it rivals some of the old upright hoovers I have had, on the highest boost setting with the brush bar attached I makes short work of my cats furry patch on the carpet,on the kitchen floor it even sucked in debris from approx 1 inch away from the actual head so this was quite impressive, I notice some say the small attachment don't seem to have suction, although you cannot really feel the suction with your hand I tested it by sprinkling clay cat little on the carpet, it made short work of the large,small and dusty granuals using the small straight tool, the small brush attachment removed dust from electrical items with no problem. I tend to use mine with the brush bar attached and on the highest setting, this does deplete the battery significantly more quickly than the 40min specified run time, but that is to be expected, my only criticism is that the vacuum dose not free stand when any of the attachments are connected, but that's not a big issue for me, Overall an excellent little vacuum with suction that can rival many standard upright vacuums.

The vacuum I've been missing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only been using this vacuum cleaner for a week but it is my new favourite gadget for cleaning! I absolutely love the hose together with the detailing attachments. It allowed me to reach previously impossible to reach places between my car's central console and seats. The motorised tool was also great at getting out all the dried grass from my boot's felt lining which I had previously given up on. Turns out my car was much dirtier than I thought, so I needed to empty the dust cup and clean the filters mid clean, which to be fair was very easy to do. You do not need to wash any filters, so you can go back to cleaning after emptying it. The battery holds up very well as well, you can easily finish hoovering the entire car (maybe two) on one charge. Absolutely love it!

Powerful and able to get into tight spaces

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought I’d give this a real challenge and use it to tackle the family car after a wet weekend of kids football, muddy boots, grass, small stones, everything you can think of from a field had made it into the car. Starting with the motorized hand tool attachment I instantly noticed the suction power, this was sucking up everything from the footwells of the car. The only thing I wish it did was that it could swivel a bit, rather than being rigid. I used the same tool on the seats of the car and it was effortless, picking up everything. A quick empty of the vacuum (which is as easy as a click of a button) and then added on the crevice tool on the hose to get into the tight spaces near the seats, the folds of the seats ,and the corners of the footwells. For such a small tool you don’t notice any suction power loss, it was taking everything. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever used a vacuum in the car that has been this effortless. Only downsides for me were the motorized hand tool not been able to swivel, and the dust cap becoming covered quite often, but that is in part due to the excellent suction and it’s a quick empty to go again.

Small but powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really good handheld hoover. First of all it feels light to hold but is powerful when turned on. Capacity of the hoover is, as expected, very good. The attachments are very useful although would possibly benefit from having a longer tube attachment. Very good at getting in all the nooks and crannies where standard vacuum cleaners often can’t reach. Hoovering the car, stairs and skirting boards is super easy! Would recommend!

The new shark powerboost

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the new shark power boost handheld power vacuum. I love the different settings and really like the fact you can see the battery and power on the digital display. I have two dogs and get dog hair everywhere, and ive found the vacuum to be brilliant with the dog hair. I did find that the hose attachment didn't appear to be as powerful when attached compared to how powerful the vacuum was without the hose. I also did find the design slightly awkward as someone with a chronic pain condition at times it felt too Top-heavy. All in all I like the vacuum and would definitely recommend it

Brilliant handheld vacuum

I was rather skeptical about this handheld vacuum as iv never had much luck with them in the past, however I must say I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by this one from Shark. It has amazing suction power and hoovers up no problem, the only downside I’d say is the tools it’s supplied with! I tried the little hose with brush attachment and nothing, no suction, but as soon as I removed it and used the vacuum on its own with the motorised head it came with then WHOOSH dirt gone. I would highly recommend this handheld vacuum for daily chores ie hoovering the stairs! Or the car, but it’s not so great if you’re needing to use the tiny tools it comes with, which is such a shame as this lets it down, but as a hand held vacuum it’s gotta be one of, if not the best I’ve ever owned. On another note, I own the Shark auto empty hoover system (Best Hoover I’ve ever had, honestly) and I thought how great it would be if this unit also fitted on the auto empty unit! Just a thought but I reckon it would be very handy, especially if like me I’m older in years and have mobility issues with my hands, and having the auto empty unit is a godsend for me. Thank you Shark!

AMAZING

Just when I thought I couldn't love Shark/Ninja more, they bring this out. Will start by saying I'm OBSESSED with all thier products, like I own too many. I have a dog; it's her house, and I just live in it, BUT her fur is EVERYWHERE. Sadly, my Shark robot vacuum doesn't do sofas, etc., but this, DREAM! It's light, superb suction, and easy to handle. I was apprehensive that after a while, my hands would get tired, but that wasn't the case. I have very awkward stairs, and hoovering them has always been a pain, but not anymore. The different attachments are so handy, and for someone like me who spends too much time trying to get things in corners and search for perfection, this is wonderful. The best part, it's not very loud. My dog is anxious and hates loud sounds and she doesn't run into the next room to hide from it.

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really impressed with the Shark PowerBoost Pet Cordless 2-in-1 Car & Home Handheld Vacuum. It’s surprisingly powerful for a handheld vacuum and does a great job picking up hair, crumbs, dust, and dirt both in the car and around the house. I also like that it has 3 different power levels, so you can adjust it depending on the mess you’re cleaning. Another thing I appreciate is that it’s easy to use and not overly heavy. I don’t have particularly strong forearms, but I can still use it comfortably without my arm getting tired too quickly. The cordless design makes it really convenient for quick cleanups too. The only downside for me is that it is a little loud, especially on the higher power settings, but honestly the strong suction makes up for it. Overall, I think it’s a great handheld vacuum if you want something powerful, and versatile for both home and car cleaning.
