Good sturdy piece!
Took a while to assemble but I got the gist and assembled in an hour or so. Feels very sturdy and robust which is good. Have been using every other day and makes it more comfortable to do sit ups.

Can’t fault it!
This bench does exactly what it says does…it’s not exciting, it’s not life changing, but if you want to up your core strength you can’t go wrong.

NICE QUALITY, ADJUSTABILITY APPRECIATED
I was looking for a S.U. bench that I could have in a horizontal plane, as, being a runner, there are times when I want to put less strain on my knees/tendons (the knees being the 'hook' over the padded bar - so in an incline position, you can feel a little more strain than you would in a level position). Being able to do either set-up is a great feature for this bench. Quality is quite nice, and the lock-nuts included was a thoughtful touch - a cheaper option might have provided basic nuts which could rattle loose in time. A few minutes to put together, but it's straight-forward. Definitely one of the better options on the market, esp. at this price point. In summary - recommended.

Very good product !
I brought this bench and it’s very sturdy, folds down and allows a for good level of motions . Only downside is the foam pads looks like they will wear out quite quickly and will need replacing.

Great value
Very sturdy for price. Great for both sit ups and bench press type exercises etc. Only downside is it’s quite low and only tilts down, not up.
