I was looking for a S.U. bench that I could have in a horizontal plane,
as, being a runner, there are times when I want to put less strain on my knees/tendons (the knees being the 'hook' over the padded bar - so in an incline position, you can feel
a little more strain than you would in a level position). Being able to do either set-up is a great feature for this bench. Quality is quite nice, and the lock-nuts included was a thoughtful touch - a cheaper option might have provided basic nuts which could rattle loose in time. A few minutes to put together, but it's straight-forward. Definitely one of the better options on the market, esp. at this price point. In summary - recommended.

I brought this bench and it’s very sturdy, folds down and allows a for good level of motions . Only downside is the foam pads looks like they will wear out quite quickly and will need replacing.

Very sturdy for price. Great for both sit ups and bench press type exercises etc. Only downside is it’s quite low and only tilts down, not up.
