I bought this recently to use for my small indoor Christmas lights. It is well-designed, very neat and works well. The lead is long enough for what I wanted but not so long as to get in the way with cable spaghetti.

Yes, you can see the cover retaining screw plus the two cable clamp screws in the main image on this listing, you simply need to unscrew the top cover and loosen the cable clamp then flip the plug over to access the terminal screws (once the cover has been taken off).
