Frustrating
I bought this to replace my broken HP printer and the 3 years of ink with an ink tank instead of a cartridge was a bonus. However you need to download and install a firmware update as soon as you power up, which is a pain, I had to try several times eventually I had to use a usb cable as the WiFi kept refusing my IP address. Eventually got it installed but it would only print in black or pink. Tried the head cleaner 3 times as per troubleshooting guide, still no other colours, then tried the power flush which uses lots of ink, again only pink and black. I contacted customer support who asked for a printout of a test page. After sending it they have said I will get a new one within 5 working days. Let’s see!

I have had tis printer about a week and so far it works well having printed in colour , bw and photo from laptop and mobile. Easy set up but a bit disconcerting use three quarters of supplied in in first fill. Would guess it will no doubt the three years as I also print a few photos

Terrible Model
I hate this printer so much, I still haven't gotten it set up. It has no screen so I had to download an app, which I hate doing. Then I thought I would update the firmware which needed updating out of the box and it failed while doing so and now I can't do anything with it or figure out how to fix it and so far epson hasn't been helpful. Get one that has a screen. I have had ecotank printers in the past and they were awesome but this model is THE WORST

Economical ink usage and easy to install
I bought this to replace my old printer which was also an Epson Printer. It was a good price, quick delivery, easy to install and connect to my internet and I was using it within minutes of installing it. Having had an Ecotank before I can highly recommend it as it is extremely economical to run.

Great Value, but Photo Colours Could Be Better
I'm really happy with my Epson EcoTank ET-2910 overall. It prints well, is easy to use, and the running costs are very low compared to traditional cartridge printers, which is a big advantage. However, I'm not completely satisfied with the photo printing quality. The colours are not as vibrant or accurate as those from my previous Epson cartridge printer. I also use my printer for creative projects, including T-shirt printing, where colour quality and detail are particularly important to me. I was hoping for better colour reproduction for this type of work. Overall, it's a great printer for everyday use and excellent value for money, but I feel the photo printing quality could be improved.

As far as I'm concerned, Epson is a good company; I had an HP for years, but something went wrong—it started acting up, dropping the connection, rejecting print jobs, and becoming undetectable—whereas the Epson works perfectly.

Based on the product details, the box includes 4 x 65 ml ink bottles in black, cyan, yellow and magenta. The "3 years of ink" claim appears to be a separate usage estimate, not a promise that you'll receive three years' worth in bottles.
