Very light to handle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Enjoyed trying this Braun IPL device out, I was a bit sceptical at first as the thought of light beams terrified me. I followed the instructions carefully, I even managed to connect it up to the Braun care app where the instructions to use are even more clear and straight forward to use. The device is very sleek in its appearance, not too heavy to manage. This device is not suitable for use if you have a very dark skin tone or have a chronic medical condition. You have to remove any visible hair prior to use. The device adapts to your skin tone. It is advisable to use this with a treatment plan to avoid over use. During use my skin felt a little warm but this soon disappeared. The device was easy to use and I cleaned the device with a damp wipe. All the parts fitted back nicely in the pouch it came with ready to use again.

I see a difference in few weeks after using it. The smart features means the device connects to an app that gives personalised treatment plans, real time coverage guidance, and reminders based on your hair density and treatment progress. Automatic skin tones sensor for safer, more effective flashes. Multiple intensity modes. Based on official info from Braun that flash capacity equals roughly 20 to 24 years of full body treatment when used as recommended schedule. Comes with standard head attachments and with pouch.

Working well so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wanted to try one of these for a long time but always been a little apprehensive. The first time I used it, it was dead easy to use, easy to follow instructions. No pain just a little heat which felt nice not an unpleasant feeling. Comes in a lovely carry case. Very well made easy to store, easy to set up. Took about 10 minutes to do my legs. I have used it 4 times so far. My legs feel smoother, I have noticed a few less hairs coming through but as instructed I need to use it a few more times to see good results. It came with 2 different attachments, 1 to connect to an app.

Fab device!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wanted to try an IPL hair device for the longest time. This device from Braun is aesthetically pleasing, feels comfortable in the hands, and offers three levels of IPL. It comes with two heads: one for body and one for intimate. It is super easy to operate and I am on my third session on my legs after four weeks. I can already notice a difference in my legs with the hair growth and I am hoping with continued use for it to be smooth. It is pricey for a body device, but if it works, then it is worth it. It also comes with a lovely storage case too! The pain is non-existent with it feeing more like a warming tingle. If you hold your finger on the button you can glide in one continuous stroke and the IPL fires repeatedly.

Expert results at home

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Braun Smart IPL Skin i-expert PL7211: - The product comes with 2 heads (a flexible one and one for intimate areas), a travel case and a razor. - The IPL device is light and easy to grab and use. It also has a long cable that allows being able to use it easily around the house. - To use the device you need to connect it to your phone. I have downloaded the Braun app, done my registration, connected to the WiFi and completed the setup by entering my hair type and skin tone. The machine is not recommended for all skin tones (it's more efficient in lighter skin tones, so you need to check this prior to buying the device). - Using the app you can schedule your sessions and program reminders. It is also possible to reschedule sessions. This is done by different body areas. - The app gives a tutorial of the machine, but basically the device has the head, a trigger button that administers treatment, an energy mode button (that allows higher or lower energy per treatment) and power bars (that will indicate when the surface area with the skin is good to give treatment). - It's your choice if you want to use more energy to get quicker results or lower energy to allow more skin comfort, or a balance between these two aspects. - The skin must be prepared (shaved) before any treatment can be given. - I think it is very positive and effective that this device can detect your skin tone for better results. - I have achieved good results as you can see in the photos. - Expert results without leaving the comfort of your house or having to comply with an inflexible schedule of a treatment room. - I would definitely recommend this product.

Great tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ipl hair removal tool is great. It comes in a lovley little zip bag with another attachment and a manual Razor with one blade. But you can buy replacements after it is done. I have only used this twice so for, but I feel it is working. Its taking longer for hair regrowth. There is no pain at all. It has a sensor that know your skin tone every time to press the button and comes with an app. I fully recommend trying this.

Using this machine had been the best decision I've

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using this machine had been the best decision I've made in terms of hair removal method. I've done two sessions so far and my hands hair growth has already reduced to 80% (I've got very mild growth on my hands) whereas for my sister has got dense hair on her hands and she's got nearly 70%-80% less growth as well. I saw in a video that one lady used a white liner to mark the areas then go over it so she doesn't mix a spot but I used black liner as had no idea about this machine and wherever I used black liner, the skin burnt so please be very wary. Also please start at minimum intensity as I'm generally very strong with pain bearing but I myself found it hard at second intensity level when started, so worth starting from low. All in all would highly recommend this product. Oh and the app is very useful in terms of reminding you the day you are due for the next session and how much estimated flashes you need for each area and also tracks your progress.
