AI Picture and Sound Wizard - Find and use them!
When I first turned this TV on the picture had a red cast to it, particularly noticeable on white faces and anything pale. I tried adjusting contrast, brightness, etc, then when this didn't improve the picture quality, I found the AI Picture Wizard. Using the AI Picture Wizard: 'An intuitive visual tool that asks you to select your preferred images from a number of different configurations, automatically configuring a customised picture mode tailored to your eyes' the improvement was terrific, the red cast disappeared and the picture was now vivid and sharp and colours were richer, without being overpowering. There's also an AI Sound Wizard, that lets you adjust the sound balance to suit your ears and the room, which I went through a couple of times to improve the factory set levels. The sound is now better, but would probably still benefit from a good quality sound bar for a better, deeper, bass level. I've had the TV almost a couple of weeks now, so am still playing around with and learning about its features, but reckon it was worth paying the extra to get the picture quality of this TV.

Great quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great TV, excellent NHS discount was really helpful too! Really impressed with the overall quality, lots of reviews say the speakers aren't very good, had no concerns with them and their quality is good.

Initial setup was easy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initial setup was easy, picture quality wasn't great, that was because the setup process automatically turns on energy saving mode, picture clear with hazy background even in cinema home mode, finally discover the picture wizard, mow the tv has come alive.

Excellent picture quality.
My first LG TV. Excellent picture quality. This TV is another level compared to the very well known Japanese make which cost me nearly double the price and which has gone faulty after only 6 years. The HDMI and USB sockets are neatly together with easy access to plug in external devices unlike aforementioned Japanese model which had them spread about. Like all modern TVs where there are no room for decent built-in speakers the sound quality is just ok. They're why soundbars were invented. A bit fiddly for going through the menus for picture and sound. Time will tell how reliable it is.

I think that this will take some getting used to.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture quality is excellent. The user interface is very different from all of my previous LG televisions and will take some getting used to. I love the ability to use the remote like a pointer, but basic navigation seems to suffer as a result. All I want at the moment is BBC 1 and ITV for the World Cup - sigh
