Leaking
Been using this for a few months now and it’s been really good. Gone to use it today and all of a sudden water is leaking from the water tank. Can’t see any cracks in the tank seems to be leaking from the underneath bit that the tank connects too. Very disappointing as my last one lasted years.

"Vax's innovative SpinScrub™ brushes rotate in different directions to effectively lift and remove any dirt from deep within your carpet pile, whilst its edge to edge brushbars allow you to clean all the way up to the skirting board. We also have a range of pre treatment products for stains that may help assist more stubborn stains."
''I can confirm in answer to your query yes the machine does work on older carpet stains and marks, although depending on carpet type and what the mark or stain actually is, will depend on if it will come out or not.
Most will, or if not completely removed be much much better than before. I apologise but without specifics I cannot answer this query in any more detail.''
