Pro extractor blade gone bad
Makes so mcuh noise. Not sure what went wrong. I have been noticing black liquid when I use the smoothie jug. I got worried anytime i had blend something. Now the pro extractor blade has melted completely and leaks. Not sure what to do.

Efficient blender, easy to use too!
I've bought this model recently but have been using it every day - mostly for smoothies but looking forward to using it for soups when it gets colder. I find it easy to use; the programmes are easy to understand; and my own experience of clearning the containers has been fine. Haven't tried to make dips or sauces yet so cannot comment. It is noisy but nothing more than I was expecting. So far, very good.

Bought to replace my 30 year old blender that finally died. Very pleased - technology has moved on a bit, it’s much more effective. Good to have the small size for smaller quantities too.

Ninja blends!
Used to have a breville active but needed something that could handle frozrn fruit. This does that and more. Very pleased with it, love that I do not have to stand pushing a button and that it does what I need. It is noisy but only for about 60 secs

No, unlike the Twisti Ninja blender, the blender jug base is not designed to be removed for emptying ingredients. Instead, you’ll need to remove the lid and carefully lift out the stacked blade assembly by holding the top of the shaft.
