Customers Say
Russell Hobbs espresso machine is compact, versatile, and easy to use with pods or ground coffee. It makes good coffee with a decent steam wand, though some find it noisy, fiddly, and lacking a milk jug.

The great giveaway
The great giveaway hardly any reviews from genuine purchases and most of them want a refund, I have only read the reviews don’t think I’ll bother making a purchase

Good little coffee machine
Great bargain for a coffee machine at home. It's easy enough to work with but instructions could be better since there is not enough videos about but I managed to do me a nice americanos and lattes. I do wish it came with a milk jug too. Both adaptors are eaay to wash. Small enough for my little corner. I'm happy

Great machine.
I purchased this a few weeks ago and it’s a fantastic machine. I’ve never owned one before and it was so easy to set up and simple to use. It was one of the few coffee makers that took pods as well as ground coffee. Both are lovely. The pod option is quick and I bought various flavoured coffee pods, but I do also love using the ground coffee and am trying various decaffeinated as well as the normal stronger varieties. I purchased a jug for the milk online as I’d read it doesn’t come with one (purchased the pods also). The steamer is easy to use and it reaches heat pretty fast. I found if you’re making two or more coffees it’s better to make them, keep them warm on the top cup warmer whilst you give the steamer a couple more minutes to heat up, then make the milk/cream and add it to them after. You can get a good consistency dependent on the type of milk and how long you froth it for. It’s a great machine and I can now have wonderful coffee's without the high price.

Fairly average product
Overall, I would say this is an average coffee machine that does the job, but it does have a few drawbacks. I’ve had the machine for over a month now, and unfortunately, despite cleaning and rinsing it thoroughly on numerous occasions, there is still a noticeable plastic/chemical smell. As a result, I find myself having to rinse it repeatedly before making a drink, which is rather disappointing. The drip tray is a useful feature, although it would benefit from some form of non-slip surface to keep cups securely in place. The machine vibrates quite noticeably during use, causing cups to gradually slide across the tray. It is also fairly noisy, and I find that the milk frother takes a little longer than expected to heat the milk. One positive is its versatility, as it can accommodate both ground coffee and pods, which is a definite advantage. However, overall, I’m glad I purchased it at a discounted price, as I don’t feel the machine offers quite enough to justify paying the full retail price.

Russell Hobbs Everyday Expresso
Great Coffee machine! Very easy to use! Looks very neat on a work top! Ideal for coffee pods and ground coffee!

Okay starter machine
We were very excited to upgrade from our previous machine to one that includes a wand and uses ground coffee. This has been an okay starter machine but it has not lived up to our expectations. A very small jug is needed to use the wand which has been a pain on occasion. The time advised for brewing temp seems to be way off, and if we switch from steam back to brew we usually have to turn the machine off and on again for it to allow us to make the espresso.

Fantastic coffee maker whether it's coffee pods or filter. I would highly recommend it and the service from Russell Hobbs.

Happy
I've had this long enough now to have reached a firm opinion of it. Here it is - it works beautifully and I'd say it was worth twice what it cost me. I'm very happy!

Cold coffee and sore wrists
Russell Hobbs everyday expresso machine was very fiddly to use and through attaching the handle the whole machine moved across the work surface. Dissatisfied with quality of the product and overall end result. Coffee neither strong nor hot.

Machine is o.k.
Thought I'd try this coffee machine rather than buying a more expensive one as it had some promising features such as the option of grounds or nespresso capsules and even a steam wand. Wish I'd just opted for another machine now to be honest as I find this a bit footery, temperamental and the space to get a cup in between the drip trip and delivery is ridiculously short (I had to remove the drip tray) You get what you pay for I suppose, as I said It's O.K....just ok due to lack of pressure, poor steaming and dimensions but for the price it is what it is.
