Easy to set up
Only had this a couple of weeks so not had many runs out yet. Very easy to set up and for it to auto map the floor plan self identifying carpet and hard floors.

Dreame is a dream
I am very happy with this purchase. After struggling to cope with everyday cleaning, the Dreame greatly helped us. The floors look clean, little to no mess is left. Took a short time to get the mapping of areas, manages to navigate round and through our home well, plotting obstacles and areas it couldn’t clean. Returns multiple times to clean mop pads, so no dirty mops. We have two dogs, they haven’t been bothered by any noise or movements of the Dreame as it cleans, it can be a little bit noisy at times when emptying or cleaning mops but nothing excessive. I thought Dreame had got its self stuck between two chairs but eventually after a few tries worked out how to get out, impressive. The app is good and to make the most of the Dreame you need to have a good look at the selections. I found one that asks about going under furniture, which has helped to allow the Dreame to take a small risk and give it a try, so now she’s lowering and goes under the sofas no problem. Once the Dreame is setup with the water and detergent, you just need to remember to empty dirty water when it finishes. Suction seems good so far, just a little occasional drop of fluff from the mops as it negotiates across the edges any carpet areas to return to base station. This Dreame is a dream and has removed the stress of being busy and not being able to keep on top of the cleaning.

No Matter support for the Dreame X 50
One year later, the Dreame X50 continues to function correctly but does not support Matter as advertised. It is hoped that Dreame will recall all non-Matter X50 models from their customers and exchange them for the X60.

Good machine - App needs improvement.
Excellent machine - does a great job. However, the app is clunky if you use the vacuum on different floors. You have to enter ‘edit’ the floor, then switch floors, before you can use the shortcuts. Totally unnecessary and it means the user has to delve in to the App. I’m reasonably tech savvy so it’s ok, but my partner just wants to pick up the machine and press go….
