Great Affordable Product.
This a really stylish product that completements our new garden, it is very easy to set up and works perfectly. It looks far more expensive that the competitive price tag that it comes with.

Fantastic water feature
I’ve been looking for a solar powered water feature for a while but couldn’t find what I was looking for. I finally decided on this & I’m so pleased with it. It looks great & works really well. A lot of people have commented that it looks a lot more expensive than what I paid for it. A really relaxing garden feature.

Nice looking feature
I bought this several months ago and really pleased with it. The light is very bright. I would suggest the filter is cleaned regularly and keep the water topped up.

Unfinished on one side.
Disappointed in this purchase. The feature looked OK from the front view but had an unsightly ( unfinished ) area at the back. The result was that we could not put it where we planned. So not worth the money to be partially hidden. This could have been a faulty product but if so it should have been stopped at quality control. If this is standard then it's only good for a front view. I sent it back. On the positive side Argos were very good to deal with regarding arrangements for return.

My favourite part of the garden complete
I wanted a sola water feature for ages some cheaper models you can see the tubes. Love the shape style and colour. It’s only in the sun for a short time but the battery lasts for hours, it’s so nice to watch very soothing, with the water glistening it’s my zen space now

It's a statement piece
It came quicker than expected, polystyrene racking a nightmare like clingy snow! I worked OK when 1st set up, since then the light won't work not sure what you do as but awkward to return, it did look better when worked properly and it's not due to the lack of sun! That was part of the reason for buying it, and it's not a cheap purchase. Tried to find company details to see what could advise had no response in more than a week. It's nice but could be better for price

Hello Ayyy,
The supplier has advised the following for the Streetwize On-Demand Solar Water Feature - Marble Effect:
“ With Solar Battery backup, during these months and especially with the weather, the battery will not be able to fully charge and is kicking in to assist the water Feature, so will store very little power.
As the weather changes then the Fountain in direct sunlight will divert excess power to batteries and store, so it will improve.
Turn the battery unit completely off and allow to fully charge for 72 hours, then turn back on, this will help and as mentioned the more the weather changes then the more efficiently the water feature will run. ”
Thanks for using Q&A.

Streetwize On-Demand Solar Water Feature - Marble Effect
Having checked I can see once fitted in place the solar charge will power the water feature and charge the battery without having to turn it on and off.
Thanks for using Q&A.
Hi,
I can confirm the solar panel charges the battery so when the extra power is needed it is ready.
I hope this helps
Thanks for using Q&A
Hi Jonvic,
Having checked with the supplier for you I can let you know they say " these solar panels are made by a 3rd party company, so are made for other manufactures features as well as ours which do require a charging cable.
All of our features, do not require this cable
Thanks for using Q & A
Hi,
I can confirm this would depend on the time of year, how much water is needed and also the weather. Hotter weather can mean it will need to be topped up more often. Please make sure the pump never runs dry.
I hope this helps
Thanks for using Q&A
Hello there,
I have spoken to our supplier who advised as follows.
The solar panel is L 22cm x W 19cm x H 4.5cm and the water feature will run during the day.
Thank you for using Q&A.
Hi there
The cable is 5m
Thanks for using Q & A
Hi EmH,
Thanks for your question.
This water feature is black in colour.
I hope this helps. :)
Yes it is textured at the back to match the textured part where the solar ball is too
Also the hole at the back is for the wires but no idea why it needs to be that large as its only to feed the wire through and plug into the solar panel so a quarter of the size would have been nicer and unnoticed
Hi,
I can confirm the gap in the back is for the water and pump.
I hope this helps
Thanks for using Q&A
