Wonderful little water feature
I am so happy with this water feature. I wanted it for my patio and it fits in beautifully. The sound of the water is very soothing and after a few days of sun it is all charged up and is so nice with the little lights at night.

I like the sound of water in the garden but the pump is very small and you can hardly hear the water becaus of the sound of the pump. The light is very good

Works efficiently
Obviously it is fake, but it looks fake too. I have put it behind a small pond and surrounding the lot with plants, which has drastically improved the overall picture.

Hello Holly.
After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Streetwize On-Demand Solar Water Feature - Rock Bowl:
You can take the top off the pump by squeezing the sides together and carefully pulling apart. This then gives you access to the filter.

Hello sasa,
The supplier has advised the following on the Streetwize On-Demand Solar Water Feature - Rock Bowl:
“ The product is made from a mixture of polyresin and fibreglass which helps give it, its rigid structure and form. The pump contained within has a flow rate of 200LPH and a lift maximum of 0.8M
The panel is able to withstand adverse weather conditions however, we would not advise that it is continually exposed to such fluctuating changes in the weather ”

Hello Zumba Claire,
I have spoken to our supplier who have advised as follows:
The Gardenwize Solar Powered Water Feature works in two ways:
The Fountain is Direct Sunlight Driven and stores power into the battery compartment.
On receiving the Water Feature, after connecting pump and lights on the reverse of the solar panel as a on off switch, this is easily turned on and off by applying pressure were indicated on the panel.
On first use please ensure that the charging light is flashing RED, and is turned off allow 48 hours for the panel to charge and the light will turn green and at this point press the on off switch to on.
This will then allow the battery power to work for up to 4 hours and also works intermittently in cloudy weather.
I hope this helps.
Thank you for using Q&A.

Having checked with the supplier for you I can let you know there is no overflow built in. There is no set amount of water required as a maximum - as long as the water pump is fully submerged this will work.

Hi Paddy
Having checked with the supplier for you I can let you know we do not recommend placing any stones or pebbles onto the water feature as this may cause damage to the fountain itself and may also block the pump and drain holes where the water circulates.
