Such a shame, maybe a bad batch?
I’d had a different brand prior and decided to try this washer as it had 5/5 on the customer reviews. From the first wash the drum didn’t sound right. But after after a day the washing machine was banging loudly and I had to arrange for a return after 2days. The drum seemed to spin aswell as move backwards and forwards. Luckily a newer version of my old washer was back in stock so I ordered this as a replacement. Not sure if it’s a design flaw or a bad assembly batch?

Great Value Offer
After doing some research I found the Hoover Washing Machine on the Argos site for a favourable price. It seemed just the item I wanted having had Hoover products already that work well. But also included in the price was delivery and fitting of the machine, together with disposal of my old machine. Other retailers charge quite a bit for these services and I was very happy. The machine works a treat and I would recommend it without hesitation.
