Technique
Bought this and it takes a bit to get the best results. Give the seal three or four goes to make sure it seals. Also don't press down hard on the valve. Very easy the 'block' it be pressing hard on it

No, mine didn't fix on in any way. I just held it against the plastic fixture and it did the job. No adaptor neededd.
No they do not, but you will not require one as most hoover pipes attach direct to the valve.

Our supplier says "The washing smell may have disappeared a bit but the vacuum bag seals anything in and doesn’t let any moisture or smells into the bag when vacuumed down so the clothes should still smell fresh but maybe not as fresh as they were straight out of the washing machine"
