Perfect in every way
The illumination is excellent, as is the little tray to pop eye pencil/lipstick in but the best feature for me is the detachable magnifying mirror which gives absolute precision when applying eye liner. The only feature missing is the ability to make the height adjustable but I found a trivet to sit the mirror on that gives me what I need.

I bought this mirror thinking it was a magnifying mirror but the magnifying element is a separate small round mirror which sticks onto the main mirror. Really disappointed. Also the whole unit is quite flimsy. Returned for a refund.

Unfortunately it is not possible to power or charge this device via USB. The only power source is batteries (4xAA).

The difference is the magnification, as the 24 led features 1x, 2x and 3x magnification, where as the 21 doesn't.
