Better than previous model
Bought to replace a very similar kettle. The new one has 2 buttons - “ON” and “OFF”, as well as an auto switch off when water is boiling. The previous model (still apparently available from other sellers) did not have an “OFF” button so if it did not switch off automatically (usually because iverfilled) you had to pull out the plug to stop it boiling o er and ejecting hot water from the spout. New kettle solves that problem.

Decent Little Travel Kettle
Using this as my regular kettle if I'm just heating water for 1 cup. Decent enough but sometimes reluctant to turn back on for a quick reheat if the contents are still fairly hot. Looking forward to testing it for it's real purpose as a travel kettle in overseas hotels without the facilities.
