Saves Money on Electricity and Water Bills
Great value, when my original travel kettle went boom I immediately started looking for an economical replacement. Being a single pensioner this small kettle meets my needs for single cup, reduced water and electricity bills. Added bonus of the safety switch means peace of mind in the event I forget it's on (which at my age is great reassurance for my relatives. Being able to reduce the amount of water needed to boil the kettle makes it easier on the hands and arms. I would sincerely recommend this kettle for older people, it certainly makes my life easier - thank you Cookworks

Ideal portable small electric kettle.
Purchased this travel kettle for my upcoming holiday and it does what it says on the website.Well priced and ideal for a item that is only used occasionally.I would have liked a separate kettle base to the actual kettle so that I wouldn’t need to take the lead and plug to the tap, otherwise it will be just fine.

Did the job
I bought this to take on holiday abroad as there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the hotel room. The kettle holds enough water for 2 mugs (we used hotel mugs as the cups provided with the kettle were very small). The on/off switch on the kettle was a bit hit and miss, needed to press very hard several times before it clicked into place but it boiled up fairly quickly. Was good enough for this holiday but will probably purchase a better one for next time.
