The Precision LCD Radio Controlled Clock does have two holes in the back of the case. These could be used to hang the clock on the wall.

The supplier has advised the following for the Precision LCD Radio Controlled Clock:
"To change the clock to a 24-hour clock you press and hold the time button for 6 seconds and it will flash 12 on the screen the just press the up button once and that will change it to the 24-hour clock."

No, the user manual for the Precision LCD Radio Controlled Clock states not suitable for use poolside or in a humid environment. Also do not expose the clock to direct sunlight or extreme hot and cold temperatures.
