Pour Spout
The addition of the pour spout makes it easier to drain water. The depth is a little short for me. It could be taller to fit more stuff in it.

I can confirm as this is only 1 saucepan it would depend on which pans you are wanting to stack on it. If it is these same size pans then I can confirm these would not stack well and there are lids which would need to be placed elsewhere.
