User Manual could be more comprehansive.

I bought this one week ago. I have not used all the features as yet, but am pleased with the ones that I have. A more comprehensive User Manual would be better. Basically you have to guess how the different features work. The manufacturer seems to assume that we are all technically aware or that we are all indeed robots/AI. My online search throws up the exact manual that was provided in the packaging.

Superb!

This is my second Panasonic combination microwave and, if anything, this one is even better than the last. My previous Panasonic was a 3-in-1 model without the air fryer function and it lasted really well, so when it came time to replace it I was quite happy to stick with Panasonic. The NN-CD58RSBPQ has been brilliant so far. The microwave is powerful and heats food evenly, the convection oven works properly as an oven rather than feeling like a compromise, and the grill is useful for finishing things off. The big addition for me is the air fryer function, and it genuinely makes this a very versatile bit of kit. It means we can use one appliance for reheating, cooking, grilling, baking and air frying without having several separate machines taking up space on the worktop. There are plenty of automatic programmes, but it’s also easy enough to use manually once you’ve got used to the controls. It feels well made, looks smart and does exactly what I wanted it to do. Based on my experience with my previous Panasonic and this one so far, I’d happily buy another. An easy five stars.

Quality product but

I held out for months until this came back into stock, and I'm glad I did. Firstly it's a quality product, looks great, is easy to clean, and the controls are easy to understand even without a manual, just a quick reference laminated card included. Now the niggles. The wire rack is only one height unlike other brands, and for oven cooking it holds the food too close to the roof where the fan is blowing the heat from, causing food to overcook on the top, and the oven feature makes a lot of rattling and vibration noise. The open door button means you tend to move the product over time even with a good grip on the work surface. The air fry basket and oven tray slip all over the place on the wire rack causing many near food spills. And the good. The air fry feature, although not a true air fryer, makes the most fantastic crispy fluffy fries, so different from the oven cooked ones. Will try other foods in the future. The capacity is massive. Everything apart from the niggles it screams quality as you would expect. Bottom line. It's a fantastic machine, it does everything asked of it and does it well. Is it worth paying the extra over other brands, perhaps not. Previously I had a Russel Hobbs branded generic combination machine and apart from air frying it did everything just as good and cost half the price. Let's see how the famous Panasonic build quality holds up. If you're thinking of buying it and can afford it you won't be disappointed.

Air fry capabilities

Bought this to replace my Samsung microwave and for the the air fry it’s a nice looking microwave used the air fry and microwave combination cooked a chicken in 40 minutes came out perfect cooked a pizza on auto settings that also came out perfect I would have given it 5 stars but for such a big microwave it’s very lightweight and when I push the button to open it pushes the microwave I’ve now put a slip mat underneath apart from that really happy with purchase and would definitely recommend this microwave

Very good all rounder looks good & neat

I had one before but not with an Airfry and I was pleased with that one, so when it was time to get another I was glad Panasonic did the same one but with the Airfry added I am really pleased with it got it at a good price so far would recommend it .

My flexible friend

Generally happy. Good price for all features. Easy to clean, spacious. Microwave cooks very evenly. A little cumbersome with all the stands/pans needed for air fryer function. I find the controls quite hard to operate but will get used to it. Trial and error having had my old neff combi oven for so long but does what it says
