Good product but very bad that You have to download instruction manual, The instruction manual that they point You to to download is rubbish, I managed to find an instruction manual to print off on another site Thank goodness. I would not give this product 5 stars due to the lack of user manual.

miss the old days
I've had several panasonic combi's over many years & always find them good reliable machines. The worse thing with this one is that there's no physical instruction book, you have to scan a bar code & go from there. Is this progress or do I miss the old days

Microwaves and so much more!
Replaces a similar Panasonic model we had for 11 years! So versatile it microwaves, grills, even has a convection oven suitable for smaller items to roast and now air fry’s as well! This new model is stylish and a lot easier to use than the old one as the design as obviously been updated. Might seem expensive but it’s well worth the money as it saves on energy. Given how this price rise for energy they have the audacity to to call a price cap is going to hit everyone this inverter microwave is going to be used more than a conventional oven. Ordering process was easy, delivery was super fast and the driver was very polite and affable👍🇬🇧

All functions now used and all work great. Very easy to use and set timer. Very versatile with a good capacity for all types of cooking. Ideal for anyone short of space.

Happy enough with the experience I’ve had with it so far. I agree with other reviews about a guide should be included for non basic use, it’s easy enough to work out what’s what with the control buttons on the front but length of time for cooking certain items requires further investigation. I get annoyed having to download instructions to my phone. Hence 4 out of 5 review.

Excellent features
I bought this approximately one month ago and I’ve used it only as a microwave and defrosting at the moment. As I previously purchased a Panasonic microwave in 2000 and todate its 26 years old and still working perfectly and only decided to purchase a new one because the plastic surround where the controls are yellowed with age I can’t praise Panasonic for their quality in microwaves enough.

Bought this to replace an old Panasonic combination microwave oven. That was over 17 yrs old and still going strong. My air fryer packed in so I thought to save worktop space I would treat us to this new model with Air frier grill microwave and combination. I have had it a week and used it everyday so far and I am more than happy with it infact it’s fantastic. So don’t dither like I did for a while just go and get one 👍 fish and chips on air fryer setting done in 20 mins and was perfectly cooked. Baked potatoes on the presetting were the best. Pitza on the preset was perfect. Microwave was fast and heated through well. Recommend this 💯

Good quality multi-use machine as expected from Panasonic, but absolutely bog-awful documentation on how to actually use the thing. A QR code that promises to reveal full instructions basically informs you to plug it into the mains, and that's that..!
