Poor after sales service
I purchased this over two weeks ago for £20 but didn’t collect as it was damaged and dirty. Was going to order a replacement but is now £50. I bought from Smazon instead £19.99 To date I am still awaiting a refund if the gift card and Nectar points. The after sales system is diabolical!

Cute little interactive toy

It also dances and sings along to songs which my son thought was brilliant. It feels well made and I would have been happy with the quality if I had purchased this product.
