Brought this to see what all the fuss was about and I get it with a busy house and a dog that shreds hair like there no tomorrow it cleans really well so easy to set up and has lightened the load Definitely recommend

Good vacuum for the price
All good so far, picks up well and seems to find its way home pretty well. The mop is not great but ok for a daily clean but will definitely need to do a proper manual clean and least once a week. Overall, good value for money and very entertaining 😂

Soooo happy with purchase
Been looking to purchase a robot vacuum for a while and have done a tonne of research. This landed me on the Dreame and I’m so glad I bit the bullet and bought. We have indoor ragdoll cats and the daily clean makes a thick living room carpet and tiled kitchen diner spotless. To help with this I have it on the max suction setting. And for the daily clean it only uses about 30.% of the battery. So always ready to go at 100%. Very recommended. The mop feature is good too for the kitchen diner. Add that to its schedule every other day.

Amazing Robot
I bought the Dreame D20 Pro Plus mainly to deal with pet hair, and it does an incredible job. The 13,000Pa suction pulls everything out of my floors, and the detangling dual brushes mean I rarely have to clear hair wraps. The base is massive and truly hands off for months. The mop is basic but does the job, drags a wet pad along the floor without scrubbing. If you want a powerful, low maintenance vacuum for pet hair and dust, this is amazing value for money. Just don't expect it to scrub away heavy floor stains!

Amazingly powerful, great for pets
I have been running this for a month now, in a house with mixed carpet, stone, laminate flooring, rugs of various thicknesses and two shedding dogs. Overall, it's been fantastic. I was using a Roomba j5, which was OK, but the Dreame D20 is much better in pretty much every way. So compared to the Roomba: - the suction is much better, and virtually all dog hairs are picked up, even on large deep pile rugs - the dust bag is bigger, so lasts months - the Roomba used to sometimes run out of battery when left off the dock, and getting it to charge was a pain - battery life is much longer than the Roomba. I set the Dreame D20 max charge at 80% to preserve the life of the battery, and it still does more than the Roomba (I estimate about 60m2 before needing to go back to the base to charge) - it has a mop, which isn't great, but its better than nothing - ability to change the suction power, and therefore noise levels, from very quiet to supersonic There are only two downsides - the app is rubbish, hard to navigate and with too many settings either hidden or difficult to understand. Setting no-go areas and mopping areas is unintuitive - it's not great at avoiding wires, so make sure they are tidied out of the way, especially thin ones
