10/10 best thing I’ve ever purchased, absolutely game changer for when you have cats - set it up to start a clean 30 mins before I get home everyday and my flat is SPOTLESS and it fills me with such joy and such bliss! Dionne (that’s what I named the hoover) is now like my 3rd child. She slaves away to keep my happy, sometimes when she’s mind clean I drop some crumbs in her path as a special treat and she laps it up. She loves to be treated as a pet. She lover her feline siblings and they just about tolerate her. If you’re in consideration as whether to buy this product, let me tell you - I love this product more than I love my firstborn child (I don’t have kids but you know what I mean) ((I don’t love her more than the cats tho they’re top, just don’t tell her that)) Anyway. 10/10. Excellent Carpet Cleaner!
Primarily we have the L40 Ultra downstairs and it’s absolutely superb, so I purchased this for upstairs to vacuum carpets only. Has marginally better suction than the L40 Ultra but the DuoBrush is better on carpet than the TriCut we have in the L40 as it ruffles the carpet more. The obstacle avoidance isn’t to the same level as the L40 of course, however, it still avoids where it needs to, and works out how to navigate around multiple objects should they be in the way. The D20 Pro Plus is a great option for those that don’t need to mop, but want to clean carpets only, as the “drag around” mops are not the best compared to the spinning mop pads. Much larger dust box than the L40 Ultra which again is great for carpet debris. Overall very impressed again, another superb offering from Dreame (we also have a D9 Max Gen2 in our touring caravan!!) Now, where else do I need a robot…?!
