Chrome was nice finish ,bulbs a little hard to put in if you have big hands ,would of thought the unit would of come with a sucsion pad to help put bulbs into the unit ,but overall a decent spotlight .

Had the light installed by an electician who recommended changing the old halogen bulbs from the previous light for l.e.d. ones, i could not remove the bulbs and was concerned of causing damage to the light or fittings, so called the electician to have a look. He also struggled to remove the bulbs as you can not get a grip on them. It took 10 minutes and lots of cursing to change three bulbs! Hope the bulbs last ten years! as i dont fancy the hassle involved in changing the bulbs in the future .. it would be easier to fit a new light.

Yes, the mounting plate has got holes in. It's a narrow but thick metal strip and the necessary holes for fixing it to the ceiling are pre-drilled into it for you.

The eco halogen bulbs are fully dimmable and behave in the same way as standard halogen bulbs, and are the same size as standard GU10 bulbs so will fit all standard fittings without any issues.
