Great on hard floors
I like this product as it is light and easy to use. It works great on my hard floors but not as good as my shark lift away on the carpets. It pick up great off the hard floors and can detach the bottom to reach areas up high. Nice long cord so don’t have to keep unplugging when moving around.

A versatile vacuum
I purchased this vacuum a month ago , it's a great find ,I love the attachments especially for the stairs , it moves around easily and goes under the radiators, although it says hair wrap technology that's where hair does get caught still . It's easy to empty and the filter and not to noisy , but overall a great vacuum cleaner ,I would recommend a shark appliance .

Very poor vacuum cleaner
I bought a cordless Shark vacuum cleaner a number of years ago and was delighted with it. The batteries stopped working recently and replacement batteries are as expensive as a new cleaner. Also they are currently out of stock. I therefore bought a similar corded model. What a disappointment!! It was extremely hard to push across the carpet and the motorised head kept detaching from the wand. Google says this is a known problem with Shark. Also it had been used previously. One of the attachments, which I had not used, had dirt and fluff inside. I have returned the cleaner to Shark.

Not for deep pile rugs
Bought this to replace my Rocket true pet. Unfortunately its unsuitable for deep pile rugs. So its getting returned. And ill buy a model suited to deep pile rugs.
