Not My Cup of Tea (I mean coffee)
It's okay, but I'm not overly impressed. It makes an okay cup of coffee but I think it's overpriced for what it is. Also the listing should make it clear it requires filters. You can buy a permanent metal filter for an exorbitant £20. I think it's a matter of personal preference. My brother has one and says it's the best cup of coffee he's ever had.

Great Brew
I bought this to make decent filter coffee,The air pump pressure makes a full smoothness espresso through the filter..you get the full extraction unlike expensive coffee machines that miss lots. The aeropress is a good size capacity cylinder.

Amazing fresh coffee and portable.
Amazing. Fresh coffee just how I like it with a bit of practice. Portable so I can take to work or travelling. Saved it's price on not buying takeaway coffee in a matter of weeks.

A great travel item!
I like a decent cup of coffee when I'm staying in a hotel and the sachets provided just don't match the flavour of fresh ground coffee. So, I bought this to take with me on my travels. The added bonus is that the coffee grounds are tightly compressed against the filter paper and it just pops into a waste bin.

Convenient, excellent value for money and easy to use for a single cup of coffee. My previous Aeropress lasted almost seven years and bought this as a replacement - happy to see it's just as good (and less wasted packaging now).

Great product
I bought this to use instead of cafetière. It’s really simple to use & the coffee is always hot. It’s also easy to clean & doesn’t take up much room & small enough to take on holidays.

Hello there,
After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Aerobie Aeropress Coffee Maker: The AeroPress filter papers are designed specifically to fit inside the AeroPress filter cap, eliminating any chance of coffee grounds making their way into your mug.
The AeroPress filter papers are a 2.5 inches (63.5mm) diameter circle, made of a very similar bleached paper you would find used in a standard drip coffee maker.
Genuine AeroPress filter papers are also free of dioxin.
For the best flavour, we would advise buying official AeroPress filter papers.
Hope this helps.
Thank you for using Q & A.
Hi Hammy
I can confirm that no heating is required, just add coffee and hot water.
Thanks for using Q&A.
The device isn't heated. You pour coffee grounds in with hot water to brew your coffee. I think you're best watching a YouTube video on it to better understand
You use hot water similar to when making filter coffee - so no need to heat the device.
Hi Rachel,
All of the AeroPress parts (except the seal which is silicone) are made of polypropylene. All materials used in the AeroPress are made in the USA and are FDA and EU approved for use in contact with food.
The AeroPress has always been free of phthalates and has been free of BPA since August of 2009.
Thanks for using Q&A,
Yep, safe plastic. Used mine every day for 2 years, survived being thrown in a bag for travel etc.
So many videos online about brewing methods too if you're unsure.
Hello there,
This doesn't come with the tote bag.
I hope this helps,
Thanks for using Q&A.
