The Crosswave is a first of its kind multi-surface floor cleaner that washes, vacuums and dries your floors all at the same time. It has powerful suction to rid your floors of unwanted dirt and dust, whilst simultaneously scrubbing using the unique multi-surface brush roll. You can use it on rugs, tiles, sealed wooden floors, laminate, lino, and vinyl.
The BISSELL CrossWaveTM vacuums, washes and dries your floors all at the same time. Perfect for regular multi-surface cleaning, and for tackling unexpected messes.
Digital fingertip controls allow you to switch between surfaces instantly and release as much water as you need.
The unique brush roll scrubs and washes floors for a deeper clean, without releasing dirty water back onto your floor. Separate clean and dirty tanks ensure you always wash your floors with clean water.

Great machine
My husband is such a messy eater and some of his dinner etc. lands on the floor. This machine makes life so much easier without the hassle of changing from vacuuming up the bits and then having to wash the floor afterwards. I can do it all in one go. Amazing. The solution to use with the machine is expensive though if you buy Bissell's own brand.

Not worth it
I bought this thinking this will save me time but unfortunately it's not, hoovering suction isn't great and mopping isn't satisfying, all the cleaning you have to do after using this is so long plus having to wait until the filter dries, would like to return it to get a refund but unfortunately Ive missed the return deadline so honestly don't recommend

Amazing that it hoovers and washes at same time
Dosent wash fully off roller,have to repeatedly go over the floor to make sure washed and dosent dry very well but overall for price and washing and hoovering at same time,worth the money

Works well, easy to clean.
So quick and easy to set up, use and clean. Love that you can control the amount of water getting to the brush so if you feel the floor has got too wet in places you can release the trigger and go over it again to dry it off which is good when you have wooden floors. The canister of cleaning fluid easily lasts so there’s no re filling part way through. When finished, everything comes apart so easily for cleaning that it’s not a chore to do. We always leave the parts out to dry before putting back on the machine. The only problem I had was I kept inadvertently pressing the on off button on the top of the handle when moving around but I’m sure I’ll get used to that. Hubby and I both like it better than our old yellow one.

Great machine
Very good aftersale service. The water pump stopped working after a few months and they paid for the machine to be shipped and fixed then delivered back all within a week or less. The only bad thing is that it's an American brand.

Does not clean my floors
After reading all the good reviews on here I feel I must be doing something wrong, I purchased this at Christmas as my husband is a tiler and after years of steam mops thought this would be a lot better product using clean water all the time to keep the grout joints clean, I have to say I have hated it from the very first time I used it, most of our ground floor is tiled and all this seems to do is leave dirty water in the tile joints when moving backwards and forwards. Even though I clean the machine after every use I also get dirty lines where the small wheels have been so my new floor I had laid now looks like it's been down for years, and even after a clean white socks end up black HELP !

Yes, the Bissell cleaning formulas are concentrated and they come with a measuring cap. It would depend on the size of the floor as to how washed you you get out of it.
