They are big but I use them for porridge as the larger surface area allows it to cool quickly.

We would not recommend you paint the porcelain pasta bowls with a gloss paint you would need to check with a specialist who would be able to recommend which sort of paint you would be able to use.

I would not recommend standard gloss paint for any cooking or eating utensil or a heater actually.
I defiantly think that wouldn’t work
We bought 8 and they were all white but I think you will be able to paint them any colour you want.

They are robust and large, but I have not tested their performance in the oven, from the look and feel I believe they would do as the blurb suggests.
