Good pillows
Nice and soft. Didn’t give me neck ache. My mum liked them so much when she visited that she wants some for herself.

Waste of money
Awful pillows. Completely soft and not medium. False advertising as these offer no support whatsoever and rest for the bin after a couple of uses. Avoid.

Softer than expected
I'd call these very soft, rather than medium soft. They press down to pretty much nothing! Haven't tried washing them so can't comment on that.
