Amazing nights sleep!
After waking up every morning with back shoulder and neck ache for a very long while now, I finally came to the conclusion it might be my bed and mattress, which is quite a few years old, but not something I could afford to replace right now. Argos were doing a 20% off deal on beds and a 100 night sleep exchange offer included, so despite being nervous about choosing and ordering a bed without seeing and trying it first, I thought what have I got to loose!? Delivery was available the same week. The delivery was prompt and the guys even took it upstairs to the bedroom for me. I have not been disappointed and have had the best nights sleep I've had in years! My aches and pains have virtually gone and I don't feel constantly tired during the day. Added bonus was I was able to get it on interest free buy now pay later in 12 months time, so I can pay off a little bit each month before then. Very happy Silentnight and Argos customer!

Drawers incorrecly assembled
On both of the divans (each containing 2 drawers), I saw that one of the drawers in each base unit had not been assembled correctly and was loose. I decided to reassemble the drawers myself, because my original old bed had been taken away. I was very disappointed, especially after having paid a considerable amount of money for the product. As the drawers were strapped in on delivery, it was clear that this was a manufacturing problem at Silentnight.

Great mattress. Medium hardness. Everything the description says is accurate. Was confusing how to get the clips on to attach the divans together but they aren’t even essential. Delivery team were great.
