Absolutely useless, ist time motor blew up. Second time wand snapped. Wand is is about to snap again, you can feil it. Used in a domestic home.

Does the job.
I bought this for my Mum because I thought it would be light enough for her to use. Obviously it's lighter than a regular Shark model but still quite heavy for a stick and I'm not sure it's suitable for her. The dust cup is ridiculously small for the purpose and when you use the attachments to get into the nooks and crannies it feels a bit flimsy. Using it as a handheld machine on the stairs and for quick clean ups is handy though. It's fine for me but not so good for my elderly Mum.

Having a knee replacement the shark was perfect, lightweight but picking up more than my conventional suction cleaner. Should have made the change earlier.

This unit features two settings: HARD Floor/Small Area Rugs, which allows the brush rolls to turn slowly for cleaning hard surfaces and small rugs, and Carpet mode, where the brush rolls operate at a faster pace to extract dirt from deep within carpets.
The following are the steps to empty the dust cup:
- Press the wand release button to detach the handheld vacuum from the wand.
- Squeeze both Dust Cup Release buttons simultaneously to remove the dust cup from the
handheld vacuum.
- Hold the dust cup over the bin, press the Empty button, and open the dust cup.
- To reattach the dust cup to the handheld vacuum, insert the tip first at an angle, then push up until you hear a click.
