Budget 22" monitor, and in the main, ALL OK..
Collected from local Argos store recently (Whitley Bay Sainsbury's October 2027) and for this price, it's what you would expect. Staff by the way, were ABSOLUTELY SUPERB.. š Big thanks for that. At a touch under half a hundred GPB (in N.E. UK) it simply has to be worth it. My old screen was 16" and the difference in viewing 'real estate' with this one is considerable. Set up time is minimal and very simple. Attach stand. (easy) Adjust viewing angle. (easy) Plug in DC power source. Attach desired plug in device, then it's up and running. All very straightforward. It is that fast to get it up and running. Also, the whole unit, once assembled, is very lightweight, but feels robust enough. I stream a FireStick on it, via the HDMI input. Works seamlessly. The claimed refresh rate however, may not be as AOPEN claim..?? I cannot measure it precisely, but neverthless, the picture is definitely watchable. THIS MONITOR (as with many computer monitors) DOES NOT HAVE SPEAKERS, so if are looking for something whereby you need this function, look elsewhere. Supplied with extremely limited user instructions at all. You will be better off looking for a 'User Manual' on line. Small 'joystick' on rear of monitor will adjust your picture or personal user settings. Tricky at first, but once you've worked it out, you shouldn't need to be constantly fiddling with it. The monitor is simple. The picture is OK. The set up procedure is easy..., but most importantly, the price at Argos was FANTASTIC...!! Drops one star with me for overall picture definition whilst using a FHD FireStick, but for day to day PC use, will be fine. At this kind of money for a 22 inch screen, it simply has to be worth it.

Excellent. Works out the box (had to buy a displayport to HDMI cable), very lightweight, it can tilt enough, big improvement on my last monitor, smaller footprint for same size of screen, and good price. Hopefully it will last.
