Bought for son`s car but decided to spot wash my stair carpets as bottom two stairs looked grubby. Suction was not that good for removing excess fluid .

Would buy again
Bought for doggy accidents mainly as have elderly dog. Lovely and small so easy to move about and great that all attachments fit onto carrying unit. Doesn't take up much space. Cleans a treat. Only negative is difficult for me as cannot kneel so sore on back when bending to clean. Would be brilliant if there was a telescopic wand attachment for those of us who can't kneel down. That would make it absolutely perfect.

Keep plenty of genuine Cleaning Solution on hand so you can clean whenever it fits your schedule. Always use genuine deep cleaning formulas. Other cleaning solutions may harm the machine and will void the guarantee.

The supplier has advised the following for the BISSELL Spot Clean Pet Carpet Cleaner:
"That's a difficult question to answer, the machine is capable of picking up a certain amount of debris from carpets, but it's worth noting that the debris would need to be emptied from the water tank of the machine. It may be worth removing any larger pieces of debris before using the cleaner for a more effective clean."

Personally, I clean up the "chunks" first, then use this to clean the area of carpet that has been soiled. I wouldn't have them sucked into the cleaner.. each to their own I guess!
You do get an attachment for collecting “stuff “ which avoids it going into the dirty water tank. But my recollection of cat vomit is that it is usually more solid than dog vomit. Omg this is getting graphic. You would still have to clean the attachment. I have been known to leave it in the garden if it’s raining! Job done and eco! I hope this helps.
