Salter's measuring jug kitchen scale is a handy addition to any kitchen. You can add dry pasta to the jug to weigh out tonight's dinner or tip in exact amounts of flour and milk for the perfect batter. With an easy pour lip, there's less chance you'll make a mess too. An accurate measurement is clearly shown on the easy-to-read digital display, and an Aquatronic function measures fluids in ml or fl. Oz. When weighing in lb:oz, the scale measures in 0.1oz, not in fractions, e.g. half ounces would show as 0.5oz, not as 1/4, and so on.

Not sure as my batteries have not run out yet. I bought this to replace an older model I'd had for many years which did have low battery function, so I assume this has the same.
