Poor build quality
I bought this mask several months ago and I initially loved it. I felt it worked really well. Over the past few weeks I gave had a 'B2 remote error' which has not been fixed despite following Shark guidance. I have recently had a Shark Carpet cleaner and two Ninja Foodi ovens have to be replaced during their warranty, so I now realising that there is a quality issue with three products.

Well , let's hope this one lasts . Bought original one less ths 2 years ago . Broke after a year or so . Next one lasted around 6 months . I don't hold out much hope .

Great cooling plates and warm led mask
After having a C-section I thought I’d treat myself to this mask. It was on my list for Christmas but I couldn’t wait that long! Since Iv received it Iv been using in twice a day once in the morning after showering and once in the evening after a shower. Iv used two of the settings so far and am loving the cooling of the eye plates. It has helped reduced my tired black under eyes and reduced puffiness. It leaves my skin feeling firm and has changed the appearance of my fine lines on my forehead and around my eyes. Highly recommend

I have been using this for about 8 months now, initially using daily then resorting to the skin maintenance routine. I am 59 years old, I have broken veins across my cheeks. I have had compliments from strangers on my skin condition, the broken veins / mild rosacea has faded and I now use very light make up. I would definitely recommend this mask, don't go for the really expensive ones, this one does a great job! Well done Shark!!

The Shark CyroGlow is an LED skincare mask that uses light and electronic components. Because pacemakers can be affected by nearby electrical or electromagnetic devices, it may pose a risk without medical advice. Only use it if your doctor confirms it’s safe for your specific pacemaker.
The Shark CryoGlow LED Face Mask charges using the included USB-C cable and plug, connected to the top of the remote control unit, with no charging stand included as standard, as the stand is sold separately. A full charge takes around 3 hours, with a pulsing white light while charging and solid white when fully charged and ready to use.
