Unfortunately, I don’t really like this mask. If you keep it in the fridge, it’s not cold enough, but if you put it in the freezer, it becomes too stiff and doesn’t mould to the shape of your face. It only touches the middle of your face instead of sitting properly against it. I’ve tried similar cooling masks before, and they didn’t have this problem. They stayed flexible enough to fit the shape of my face while still being cold. Unfortunately, this one doesn’t work as well as I expected.

I don't react well in the heat and work in a care home which is too hot and daily my skin sweats terrible. saw this and bought immediately great value. no electrics needed just pop in the fridge. ready to go. surprised very cool and revitalised my face. lovely carry case and instructions would highly recommend
