Promised so much and failed to deliver
Loved the concept of this build and was excited to start on it. The actual AT-AT build went really well until the moment you have to attatch it to the base, Then the problems started. The legs are so flimsy that any pressure applied makes the foot or leg fall off when you try and attatch to the base, you can get 2 legs on fine and then it all collapses when you try and attatch the third leg. I tried differnt ways to attatch the feet in alternative order, and with the third leg every time you tried to attatch it you had side panels braking off off and up , foot came off, leg came off and broke up. Ended up back in the box out of sheer frustration, still haven't finished it yet and am dreading adding the snowspeeder when I have calmed down to resume the build as I am sure this will cause it all to crumble again. Brilliant idea and concept but really poor design, which is a real shame.

The force is strong with this one....This is the w
A great display piece with lots of detail and easter eggs. Great build too! My only gripe though is why is the base black when it should of been white when it's from the scene the Battle of the Hoth?

Nearly great
Quick and not difficult build until the end when mounting on the base. This is incredibly fiddly to get right and the legs come off the body of the model too easily. A child would lose patience with this and it spoils the overall build. It looks good once finally assembled but it’s not a toy by any means.

Consider this befor purchase
Overall build is flimsy and legs cant soport wait of body. If you get it to stand... Congrats... Just dont bump it as you move it for it'll brake your hart picking up all the peaces. For nostalgic setemin its alright but feel they could had done better for the price of it

Poorest Lego set to date
There’s just no point to buying this. Trying to get the legs to stay on the model while trying to attach to the stand is so difficult. I have been at the same step for at least an hour, meanwhile reattaching all the bits that fall off the model from elsewhere because you are holding it. Thinking about leaving it lying down and legless and just pretend it’s after the battle. Useless and a waste of money. Lego surely must make these pieces a bit more holder friendly.
