My bonus Emma Pillow is wonderfully comfortable. All of my life I have slept with a very flat down pillow but am now trying out the many options offered by the Emma Comfort Cooling Pillow and enjoying all of them. It is great to be able to choose a pillow to match a mood and moods do vary. I was really loving my new memory foam Emma Mattess Topper so the pillow is just the icing on the cake. thank you.

Too soft
I returned the pillow. It was not comfortable. Too soft and adding the extra layers made it too high. I was disappointed this was not like the build of the mattress which I do love. The pillow is completely different.

Perfect pillow
I’m incredibly fussy about my pillow, to the point where I’d been using the same one for years and years before taking the leap and buying a new one. I wanted a pillow that was squishy but supportive, and that wouldn’t pouffe up to smother the side of my face and nose when I lie on it (I’m a side sleeper). The trial period is SO helpful, as the Comfort Cooling Pillow does soften over time. I removed the middle layer (another incredibly useful feature) and it’s now perfect for me. I won’t stop raving about it and get very excited to go to bed and lie down on it!! My only slight gripe is that the “cooling” side is slightly firmer than the other side - in the summer, I’d want the cooling side but worry it might not be as comfy. But, since the other side doesn’t make me particularly hot anyway, I think I’ll stick with just sleeping on that side of it. Overall, an amazing pillow and the crick in my neck has gone!

Lasted ONE month, then flat
This pillow was everything I wanted. . . cooling, soft but supportive, I was sleeping better so felt justified in spending such a large amount of money on a pillow (seriously, they are not cheap). This lasted about 4 weeks and before I knew it i was half waking in the night, to plump the pillow, try to get it back to its soft but supportive pillowness. Now 6 weeks on. . . pillow flat, misshapen, lumpy. . . . . maybe my head is too heavy (!) Maybe I move too much in the night, Maybe I'm getting old. Maybe i got a faulty pillow, Or maybe the PILLOW IS A WASTE OF MONEY?

Comfort cooling pillow
So far so good , it’s so hard to choose when you have arthritis but after I took out the extra parts and just use my Emma without any other pillow I believe we’ve cracked it ! Thank you , I’ll be taking it with me wherever I go it’ll be a very well travelled pillow Ha Ha
