Being very, very honest the Emma mattress is great I’m still getting used to it, but it is very cosy and comfortable, however the 2 pillows that came with my order has let me down a little, one side goes totally down and the other all puffed upto the corner, such a quality mattress you would expect total quality pillows too.

This pillow doesn't work for

This pillow doesn't work for me, can't see how it is a cooling pillow. Maybe it's just me but glad it was free & didn't have to pay for it. I don't really understand the concept of it.

The pillow is too thick

The pillow is too thick for a normal neck and head position, It has unfortunately caused old neck problems to become inflamed having used it for one night.

Cooling pillow

These pillows are far too thick, I struggle to get them into my pillow cases. I tried sleeping on them for 2 or 3 nights and they are just too high which resulted in me waking up with neck and back ache. I have not used them since. They would be perfect if they were a bit thinner

Migraines

I really wanted to love this pillow after buying pillows before and having to go back to my old one but the first night ended with me waking up with a stiff neck sore back and a migraine

Emma comfort cooling pillow

Great pillow only needs 1 with it being so high however can adjust it needs a good plump and nice and comfy and the cool side of the pillow is really cool which is a relief when you need to cool down

Soft and comfortable

I have bought lots of different pillows for my neck but none have worked, my brother told me he had a Emma pillow and it helps him, so I decided to give it a try, had to take out a pillow from inside, but I wake up and my neck is good, no aches or pain. I have an allergy to memory foam so I asked the Emma AI what pillow would be best for me, and it said the cooling pillow, and it was right. . so thank you Emma, I will definitely buy another.
