This is the second one of these bought for my elderly mother. Easy to use, very cost efficient (barely registers on the electricity meter), and gives a pleasant warmth on a chilly day. She also puts it on to see the flames effect without heat on a gloomy day, just to cheer the room up a bit.

Ive been in contact with beldray. You CANNOT change the bulb its an led that when it fails to work cannot be replaced! So this needs to be informed to purchasers

Yes, you can change the bulb. Please see the instructions;
Have the right bulb replacement ready for your specific model of electric fireplace.
Unplug the unit from the wall, or isolate the electrical supply
Remove the access cover to the fireplace, typically located at the rear of the unit.
Replace the bulb inside the fireplace.
Re-attach the access cover back onto the unit.
Plug the electric fireplace back in or turn on the power to test that the replacement bulb works.
