Loose handle
Purchased this set 12th August, one of the pans has a loose handle already, I've sent an email to JML (29.08.2024) apart from this they are a very nice set.

Despite what the spec says, if you put copperstone pots in the dishwasher it does shorten the life of the non-stick surface. Even normal cleaning in the sink eventually takes off the surface around the edge.
Yes, but you must not use metal spoon, only wood or plastic to stir or dish out as they can scratch over time.

They have a PTFE coating and Teflon is made from PTFE. Teflon is still around thanks mostly to the PFOA Stewardship Program. PFOA is the harmful substance previously found in PTFE. Because PFOA is no longer a component of Teflon, Teflon proponents say the compound is no longer harmful, and that cooking it is perfectly safe for your health. 23 Mar 2021.

Please do not put in dishwasher as it shortens the life of the non stick coating.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised: Yes they are dishwasher safe. However to extend the life of the pans and prolong the non stick coating we would recommend hand washing them.
