Disappointing but does a job
I bought this bin 6 months ago and immediately disliked the way the lid didn't go fully back to being vertical so it's a bit awkward to get things in it sometimes. Now that it's been used for a while it is becoming increasingly annoying that the "handles" designed to hold the bag in place then get stuck when you try and empty the bin so it takes two people with one person lifting the bag and the other holding down the handles. The capacity is good and it fits 60-70l bags a lot better than 50l ones. We usually like the Curver range of home items and have a few of their bins and laundry baskets in our home, but this is one we will not replace like for like when it is finished with, and I'm actually hoping the pedal breaks or it cracks so that we can justify buying a different one!

To respond to the second of your questions, though a tad late, there is no liner, however, it is due to this omission & that it has holes in the bottom, so can be rinsed through, that bags are easier to remove & you're not left doing the refuse hugging bin tango for 10 mins ;-)
