Excellent
An excellent machine. I used to stick to buying another well known top brand begging with D. but this Shark vacuum leaves it in its wake. I'm delighted with the performance and build quality. Totally converted to Shark products.

Strong performance
Seems good after first few days, strong suction as you’d expect from a shark, first dust collection in dock was blocked though, have cleared out and hoping it’s not a regular occurrence

Amazing value
Brilliant vacuum, does amazing job cleaning and the self emptying makes it extremely easy to use. The price makes this purchase a non brainer.

Very disappointed
Am not happy with this particular. I have a cleaning lady and she tells me the battery does not last long, sometimes only for 20minutes. When uses as a hand held it is fine in the sense that it is light weight, but its pickup on hard floors is not good and the battery runs very fast. All in all not an overall good investment.

Extremely efficient!
This vacuum is quite amazing It’s early days but the efficiency is remarkable For wooden floors, uneven flag stones floor and rugs It does the job and tells you exactly when the debris are gone ! My reason for removing one star is this, the debris container does fall off during cleaning time It’s a bit annoying and really don’t think that I have touch any releasing button 🤔 So maybe a small tweak to the system?? Still the best performing vacuum for a long time 👍🏼

Shark vacuum
Emptying and charging system is great ,vacuum has poor suction unless you have it on the high system which means battery time greatly reduced, this said it lasts long enough for my downstairs floors as I have another vacuum for upstairs.Would I recommend the answer is yes as I am pleased with it as no battery vacuum has the same suction as a leaded vacuum.

Not great, definitely not as good as expected
Had it for over a week now and I am disappointed. I thought it would be more powerful and it’s definitely not as good as my old Dyson and I have to keep going over the same area to pick up everything. The most annoying thing about it however is the head keeps lifting of the floor so I have to stop to reset it. I will be retiring for a refund

Best vacuum ever!
Bought it 2 weeks ago and vacuuming was never that easy. One of my biggest problems was emptying the vacuum cleaner. Now my shark does it for me. It is also good in both hard floors and carpets. Also very convenient to be always fully charged as it is always its dock.

No, you do not need to keep your finger pressed on the power button while using the vacuum. Once powered on, the vacuum will continue to operate until you switch it off. The unit also has cleaning modes that can be selected during use, including ECO, DETECT, and BOOST modes.
The Shark PowerDetect Speed has overall product dimensions of H114 x W26 x D37 cm.
A full charge takes approximately 6 hours. To charge your vacuum, simply place it on the Auto-Empty Dock, and the battery LEDs will pulse to show charging is in progress. It's safe to leave the vacuum on the dock when not in use, so it's always ready for your next clean.
The model number for the PowerDetect Speed is IA3241UKT.
