Great machine!
Bought this after the extreme heat we’ve had recently. It’s been just as warm/ hot since. The cooling is amazing for my small sized bedroom in my block of flat and takes the temperature down by a considerable amount. From a sticky 28°c down to a controlled 21°c in about 20 minutes*! The bigger the room, the more it takes to cool down, especially if the building is hot. The cold air that comes from the machine is a dream! Makes the night so much more comfortable! It’s slightly noisy when the unit is cooling and on dry mode, but I’m a more heavier sleeper, and I adapt to white noise pretty well. The timer option allows you to set times for the unit to switch on/off after a certain time frame. The unit came already with wheels attached, and moving it around the flat is as easy as chips, but if your place has got stairs, it’s a two person jobbie to get the unit around. As it’s summer, I haven’t tried the heat function yet, but I’m sure when the temperatures plummet, I’ll be sure to give it a go! Would I recommend to a family member or friend? - YES!

Brilliant
Pleasantly surprised with how well this works. Cools the room down fantasticly with the very hot weather outside. Noise is lower than I was expecting.

Heavy and loud, but works well
Heavy and Loud, but does a good job making the room cold, instructions were easy to follow and I have made a custom clear plastic Polystyrene fit for the window using magnetic strips to stop heat coming back in which massively increased its efficiency. There is some air leakage in the pipe where it connects to the back of the unit, using some frog tape to seal around it has improved the efficiency further so hot airs not going straight back into the air intake. The remote is easy to use but desyncs with the unit so some repeated button pressing to get it back in sync if you decided to go press the units buttons manually or don't point the remote correctly. Do wish the handles on the side were deeper so I could move it downstairs as I don't feel confident not dropping it. There is also some weird thing with the temperate setting, if you set it to say 24c, it will maintain 26c instead. Not tested the heating or dehumidifier features but the pipe supplied for the water drain comes bent in half squashed in the packaging, might be best to find a replacement for it if it closes shut and backflows the water.

A must for the UK heatwaves!
Panic bought during the second heatwave this summer as we have a 3 month old and have gone from worrying that she’s too hot to thinking she might be too cold now with how well this cools our bedroom down. This has taken rhetorical temperature from 29 degrees so around 22 within about 30 mins and mostly used at night. The unit is much louder than a fan but you soon get used to it and it beats being uncomfortably warm all night. It is on the heavier side so it is something that will remain upstairs but can easily be wheeled around. Would 100% recommend to anyone and well worth the money

BUY, BUY, BUY!!
Straight from the box, it was easy to set up. Easy to operate and chills the area superbly. We have ordered a longer hose and window kit. It’s definitely a little noisy but nothing bad. It reminds me of background white noise. Looking to buy another for downstairs.

Definitely Worth the Money!!
Excellent air conditioner! It cooled our upstairs bedroom quickly during the June 2026 heatwave and made a huge difference to sleeping comfortably. Easy enough to set up, surprisingly powerful, and well worth the money. Wish we’d bought one sooner! It is quieter than our original set up of two large drum fans. FYI: you will need to get a window kit separately but we found it was effective enough just putting the hose out of the window.

Good as expected
Spending a sigificant amount for a product with good spec from a trusted manufacturer, so far we find it meets our expectations for build quality and performance including being not too noisy. Of course we haven't tried the heater yet.
