Not the best
I don’t love my new machine - trying to reassemble the washer head is very tricky with an arthritic thumb and if I’d not thrown away all the packing I would have returned it. I don’t think it’s very user friendly-which is unusual because my other Dyson products are great.

It’s a Dyson therefore very good!
I misread the advertisement — as I thought that it could also be used as a vacuum cleaner!!! As a solid floor cleaner it’s very good — but not exceptional. As I’m 83 and my wife 87 - it’s my 55 year old son that uses it most. He’s pretty fussy — and he likes using it. However, its “set-up” and cleaning afterwards - is quite complicated and time consuming!!! We are fond of Dyson and as always - should be reliable and robust. DURABLE! Recommend.

Tricky to click cassette into base
Found it hard to get the cassette to click back in to base and meet red button. Edge of plastic splayed out and didn’t go easily into the grooves Cleaned floor well once assembled.

Dyson PencilWash
This is an amazing invention — MUCH better than a mop and bucket! I was in two minds about leaving a review as I don’t normally write them, but after seeing so many negative reviews, I felt I had to say the opposite. Perhaps some people simply aren’t using it correctly? I find it so easy to run over the floors every day, removing debris and grime quickly and effortlessly. I genuinely feel confident walking around barefoot again. I absolutely love it! My only small criticism is that, after cleaning, it can be a little fiddly to slide the roller section back on. But that’s a minor annoyance compared with how brilliant the machine is. Highly recommended.

So easy to use and to clean - had four and bigger ones are they are much more complicated despite saying self clean - they are not and have gaskets seals that leak

Got this recently not happy it doesn’t seem to clean the floor properly and it’s difficult to put together not worth the money

Fantastic product that occupies little space; love
Love it! Rolls itself along the floors and sticks to pavements removing just about anything and everything, even things the hoover hasn't picked up! Very easy to clean and maintain. Best buy of the year for me.

Not pwrrful enough
Its suction power is too low so does not seems to be effective cleaning. Its not worth the orice you pay No doubt its bery light weight easy to carry up and down but problem with eggecasy.

Great looking machine
Great little machine. Very light and easy to assemble and operate. I was worried after using a steamer for years that it may leave the floor too wet but it dries beautifully. The Dyson floor cleaner works well with it too. Very pleased with my purchase. I bit fiddly to clean and reassemble after using it but once you're used to it, worth it.
