Good pasta maker
Good. It works. The handle is a bit bigger than other models. I found the clamp was small and didn't stablise the pasta maker as much as I had hoped. I would have liked the mechanics to be exposed so I could fix it if it breaks but oh well. Nice and cheap and it works.

Make your own noodles
We used this for kids 11yrs old Birthday pasta making party. Kids were taught how to make own pasta and then we cook it for their own dinner. Kids all had a go on this machine as well as learned how to make fussili and gnochi.

Whatsa that you sayin'?
Pasta maker but other than plain sheets like lasagne, the machine only has one option. This was not stated on the website or under "product information". I wanted to make tagliatelli which would have been the simplest next option to plain pasta sheets. Somewhat misled!

A very cost effective way to make pasta
I made a mishap of buying some Semolina flour a little while ago and i've been wondering what to do with it. of course easy option is to try making pasta. Glad i did, it makes lovely pasta but this machine is a must becuase the dough is very hard to roll out by hand. Aside from the bracket being a bit poor (it needs some serious force to get to fix properly) it does roll stuff out really nicely. The fettucine cutter is also a very nice addition.

I bought this pasta maker for pasta as a family activity. The handle keep coming off and keeps lifting on one side. Not really what I expected but we made spaghetti and other bits

It has 9 adjustable settings to achieve the thickness you want, then you can roll your final dough through the cutter. Or, for other shapes and sizes simply cut by hand.

It does 2 widths of fettuccine and pasta sheets. It does not make round spaghetti.
You also need to take off the side panels to check the x4 10mm retainer bolts are not loose. Carefull, the metal is very sharp because the edges were left rough. If you strip it, carefully file or sand it, clean it, it will work well. Carefull with the wire spring clips, they are under tension. Dont take the rollers off. Its a bit of work but it pays to do what the factory did not. Mine works great now.

I’m not an expert but looks like you can only do noodles and the flat sheet which you would have to cut yourself to make ravioli etc.
