Worked tremendously
I am petite and after measuring the knee cap it was a perfect size. It really helped my knee from a very small tear but the tear was causing me a lot of anguish while walking. Only used for a week and the knee recovered extremely well. One downside it's quite tight but I guess that's the whole point of it helping

Very good and comfortable knee support
Bit longer than most knee supports out there but really helped and got round a half marathon with no knee pain. Very comfortable compared to more heavy duty supports with velcro straps etc.
