V poor received 2 different colour pieces of bed
Ordered bed, arrived next day but the two base pieces of bed were 2 different colours, sand and grey. Complained and the correct piece wasn’t available for 18 days. Unfortunately I had already discarded old bed so now have a bed of different colours

Beautiful bed
I bought this for my daughter who is 10 yr old, to replace her junior bed. It is everything I had hoped for & is the same good quality as other Silentnight beds I have bought from Argos, namely the Alaro. Great, fabric, easy to put together & really looks the part. With this single bed it is worth noting that the base is in 1 piece, unlike a double which is in 2 halves. I purchased a mattress at the same time which I have included in the photos for reference. My daughter absolutely loves it.

This bed looks and feels like a bed that should cost a lot less than what was paid for it. It looks and feels cheap. It was easy to put together and the drawers were spacious. My son likes it so we are keeping it.

Very poor quality
For starters the pictures made it look like the bed came with the mattress , however that was not the case which was my fault really due to not reading the description properly , so I unwrapped the packaging and was trying to fit the feet which wouldn't screw on properly due to the threaded collet not fixed in place correctly and just kept pushing out every time I tried to screw them on , I persevered and managed to do this in the end then after a few days of using the bed the legs had completely snapped off which had destroyed the piece of matchstick that they were screwed to , so I returned the bed for a full refund ( which argos did swiftly I must add) great customer service from argos but really poor quality bed for the money...

The supplier has advised the following for the Silentnight 4 Drawer Superking Divan & Headboard - Sandstone:
"The colour of the bed is Sandstone which is a beige/cream colour." It's much more cream than grey.

As the headboard can be fixed at either end of the Silentnight Sassaria Single 2 Drawer Divan Set - Slate Grey, the drawers can be on either side of the bed, whichever is your choice.
